Although all Pelissier tables are now made in our new factory near Plymouth, our sales are not confined to the UK. Indeed the bridge markets in Europe are taking an increasing share of our production. France has always been a good market and we still source our beechwood from there as well as manufacturing the special Pelissier hinge in France.
With the devaluation of the pound since the Brexit referendum and June 8th's General Election result, Pelissier tables are even better value for our European customers. In the coming months we shall be looking to boost British exports into the EU as well as further afield.
With more young women taking up the game of bridge, the demand for bridge tables in more modern finishes than the traditional dark brown with green baize is accelerating. Pelissier offer a large range of models in different wood finishes and baize colours.
